                                     UNHEALTY LİFE

     In 20.century. Technology is developing every day. Technology makes our life easier. We can handle with our business through technology easily. Well, is everything really so good?  For example, recent researc has revealed some hard truth. People are losing their health as our lives get easier. There are many reason for this. Most important causes of technologyical devices, unbalanced nutrition, use alcohol and smoking.

     One of the most important reason is excessive use technological devices. For example, in a day, an worker sits in front of computer for hours. The worker's eyes get tired. After a period of time, thi,s will cause eye discomfort. Morever, worker doesn't move because he constantly sit, they get clumsier. And worker begin unhealthy life.

     Another important reason for unhealthy life, is unbalanced nutrition. A lot of working people get up early in the morning. So don't have breakfast. They're just having a breakfast with yea and pastry. They have only one hours for lunch. This time, they are eating hamburger and drinking  a coke. In the evening, peoıple come home tired. Simply, people eat but they eat poor quality food. The body cannot take the necessary energy. This situation cause unhealty life.

     Finally, another cause of unhealty life, is use of smoking and alcohol. People experience a hundreds bad events in a day. In solution, people smoking or drink alcohol. After a while these materials dependence. This will seriously damage the liver and lungs.

     In conclusion, there are many reasons why people mhave healty problems. I advice that people avoid excessive use of technological devices, unbalanced nutrition and smoking and drink alcohol. Also, they should get some exercise everyday and property. In this way they can be healtier and live longer.
